In 2022 as our business grew, we commenced discussions around the possibility of becoming a tenant of The Strand. Working with Novaterra during this discovery phase enabled us to plan our long-term business needs along with securing offices that met our professional, environmental and aesthetic needs. Once the contractual elements were agreed we undertook our fit out in 2024 and became a formal tenant in November 2024.Â
The Strand has exceeded our expectations as our offices here in Mauritius. Both staff, local management and overseas management (of a Global Law Firm & Management company) are all delighted with our newly designed space placing us ideally for expansion. Some of the highlights of the new offices include the professional feel of the offices themselves, the exceptional facilities on site and the community of the tenants within The Strand. We are extremely excited of the opportunities the office will bring over the next 5 years.
